    As an Industrial Engineer Intern at Cleveland-Cliffs, the projects assigned will vary based on the intern’s education level and plant location, but will generally reflect the duties outlined below.

    Summary of Responsibilities:

    + Assist in studying job descriptions and project information to determine functions and responsibilities of workers and work units and identify areas of duplication.

    + Assist with work measurement programs and perform time work samples to develop standards for labor utilization .

    + Assist with analyzing work force utilization , facility layout and operational data, such as, production costs process flow charts, and production schedules.

    + Various other tasks as needed

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Enrollment in Bachelor of Science program in the field of Industrial Engineering or other related technical degree

    + Completion of at least sophomore yea r of study by the summer of 2026

     

    Applicants for this position must be currently legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
