Priority Ford in Norfolk is looking for an energetic and reliable Express Tech nician to join our fast-paced service team. If you have a passion for cars and want to build a career in the automotive industry, this is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for!

What You’ll Do:

+ Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and basic inspections

+ Assist with multi-point inspections and work alongside experienced tech nicians

+ Ensure all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and safely

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area

+ Deliver high-quality service that meets Ford and Priority standards

What We’re Looking For:

+ Previous experience in automotive maintenance or tech nician training preferred, but not required

+ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

+ Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn

+ Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions

+ A positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
