POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail oriented Inside Sales Specialist to join our U.S. Sales team. This role is responsible for supporting accounts within the Americas, providing partner support and direct line of support to our Sales Team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of urgency, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships across a variety of partners and internal stakeholders. Success in this role requires a commitment to data accuracy, proactive problem-solving, and a collaborative spirit. This position works closely with Account Managers, Marketing, and Customer Service to ensure customer needs are met with efficiency and care.

This is a hybrid position. Frequency of in office days is dependent on employee proximity to either the Hatfield, PA or Alameda, CA office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses
+ Manage end-to-end sales support processes, including quoting, order entry, and post-sale follow-up needs
+ Cross functional collaboration with domestic and internation manufacturing sites
+ Qualify and process inbound leads; collaborate with Sales Managers on sales strategy
+ Maintain and update account information and opportunities in Salesforce
+ Track and manage order status, proactively communicate timelines, and coordinate shipments to ensure on-time delivery
+ Generate weekly open order reports for key customers
+ Coordinate RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorization) process with Customer Service team
+ Support marketing campaigns and trade shows as needed
+ Deliver actionable insights and reporting related to backlogs, lead times, and sales trends
+ Sales analytics for customer trends and opportunities
+ Support inquiries from the sales team
POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education:
+ High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience Skill:
+ Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, inside sales or a customer-facing administrative role
+ Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with speed and precision
+ Highly skilled in data entry with exceptional attention to detail
+ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with partners and colleagues
+ Experience working in ERP systems; Salesforce experience strongly preferred
+ Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
+ Self-starter with a solutions-oriented mindset and a collaborative approach

Specific vision abilities required by this job include concentrated attention, close vision, far vision, depth perception, color vision, and the ability to bring objects into sharp focus.

100% Typical Office Environment Limited Travel approximately 5% or less overnight travel.

$34–$44 hourly compensation depending on qualifications and regional cost of living."
