Human Resources Manager

We’re a rural Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) dedicated to improving the wellbeing of everyone by providing accessible, quality healthcare for the whole community. We’re looking for a Human Resources Manager who shares our mission and values and can spearhead HR functions in our central and east Montana regions.

What You’ll Do:

+ Be a trusted resource for managers and staff, offering guidance on HR policies and practices

+ Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee development with a people-centered approach

+ Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and ensure compliance with employment laws

+ Support safety, risk management, and employee recognition initiatives

+ Collaborate with HR teams across locations to foster a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement

What You Bring:

+ Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

+ Valid driver's license

+ 3+ years of HR experience

+ 2+ years in a supervisory role

+ Demonstrated familiarity with state and federal employment law and HR best practices

+ SHRM or HRCI certification preferred

+ Excellent communication, mediation, and problem-solving skills

+ An eye for detail and high accountability

+ A commitment to courageously advocate for staff and uphold ethical standards
