ABOUT YOU
As Climate Performance Manager, you lead with strategic clarity and collaborative strength, thriving at the intersection of climate innovation, infrastructure, and operational excellence. You transform ambitious sustainability goals into measurable outcomes, fostering alignment across departments and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement. With deep expertise in emissions reduction, regulatory compliance, and data-driven decision-making, you empower teams and stakeholders to deliver resilient, high-impact solutions. Your leadership ensures climate priorities are embedded in every facet of operations and capital planning, advancing Massport’s Net Zero vision with precision and purpose.
What you will do:
+ Leads execution of the Net Zero 2031 plan by translating strategic goals into operational milestones and managing integrated reporting systems.
+ Co-guides a high-performing climate solutions team while fostering cross-departmental collaboration to embed sustainability into operations.
+ Aligns capital projects with climate objectives through low-carbon strategy integration and technical oversight across design and delivery phases.
+ Monitors performance metrics, ensures compliance with sustainability standards, and drives innovation through emerging technologies and continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU OFFER
+ Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Management Information Systems, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field required; Master’s degree strongly preferred.
+ Possess a PMP certification; additional credentials in Agile methodologies and sustainability (e.g., LEED, Envision) are advantageous.
+ 8–10 years of experience in sustainability, infrastructure, or environmental programs, including 4+ years managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
+ Strong project management, technical, and leadership skills, with expertise in climate strategies, emissions tracking, and regulatory compliance that ensure alignment with Net Zero goals.
