    Work Schedule:

    + Primarily daylight hours, Monday through Friday!

    + Options for five 8-hour shifts or two 8-hour and two 12-hour shifts across the week!

    + Occasional late afternoon, weekend rotation, and holiday rotation coverage.

    + NO on-call or travel!

    Responsibilities:

    + Performs all job responsibilities of an MRI Technologist Advanced, including maintaining MR and patient safety, preparing and administering contrast, completing procedures, presenting relevant information to physicians, and documenting patient information.

    + Assumes the leadership role in the absence of a supervisor.

    + Leads orientation and training for new hires, students, and other medical personnel.

    + Assists in talent acquisition interviews for recruitment of MRI Technologist candidates and provides feedback for annual performance reviews.

    + Responsible for offering remediation with technologists when necessary.

    + Assists with quality assurance projects and assists in the development of exam protocols.

    + Coordinates daily workflow and schedule of the department while maintaining staffing levels based on, but not limited to, call-offs, vacations, patient volumes, and training needs.

    + Completion of formal training in MRI-related program accredited by the ARRT or ARMRIT, or CNMT program, or accredited ARDMS program.

    + 3 years of MRI experience required.

    + Performance review consistent with minimum of Good performance on last performance review required.

    Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:

    + ARRT Certificate OR American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist (ARMRIT) OR Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification (NMTC) OR Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS)

    + ARRT MR or ARMRIT certified required.

    + Basic Life Support (BLS) OR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)

    + CPR required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire.

    + Act 73 FBI Clearance
