    Description and Requirements

     

    We are seeking a **Veterinary Merchandiser and Brand Ambassador** to represent our brand within veterinary clinics and pet healthcare environments. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about pets, skilled in relationship-building, and knowledgeable in retail merchandising. You will work directly with vet clinic staff and decision-makers to optimize product placement, promote pet nutrition solutions, and support sales through strategic in-clinic engagement.

    What will you do?

     

    + Serve as the primary brand representative within veterinary clinics.

    + Build and maintain strong relationships with clinic decision-makers and staff.

    + Conduct regular visits to clinic locations to ensure proper product placement, signage, and merchandising execution.

    + Merchandise veterinary SKUs to ensure optimal visibility and availability.

    + Identify opportunities to improve SKU assortment and share actionable feedback from clinic partners.

    + Provide on-site education to vet staff regarding our pet nutrition offerings and product benefits.

    + Attend relevant pet and veterinary events to promote brand awareness and gather insights.

    + Perform stocking, front-facing, signage placement, and general brand upkeep in clinics.

    + Provide feedback on inventory levels, planogram adherence, and promotional displays.

    + Understand clinic operations to offer consultative support tailored to their needs.

    + Conduct business reviews with your manager to evaluate strategy effectiveness and adjust.

    + Monitor and report on competitor activities and industry trends within your territory.

     

    How will you succeed?

     

    + Passion for animals and pet health.

    + Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    + Experience in B2B relationship-building, especially in the veterinary or pet retail space desirable but not required

    + Proficient in product placement strategies and visual merchandising principles.

    + Ability to simplify and convey complex product information.

    + Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a territory independently.

    + Willingness to travel locally to multiple veterinary locations.

    + Must have reliable transportation and access to a smart device for reporting.

    + Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs.

    + Must be 18 years or older.
