About the Role:

Turner Staffing Group is seeking an experienced Mobile Crushing Foreman to join our mining client's team. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can supervise daily operations, ensure production targets are met, and maintain high standards of efficiency and safety. You'll be responsible for managing a small crew and overseeing the full scope of mobile crushing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Supervise and lead a small crew in daily crushing activities.

+ Run regular crew meetings to communicate safety protocols, production goals, and workflow priorities.

+ Monitor production performance and ensure crushing goals are met or exceeded.

+ Minimize downtime by identifying and resolving equipment or operational issues quickly.

+ Manage parts inventory and ensure necessary supplies are stocked to avoid delays.

+ Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule and oversee equipment repairs and preventative maintenance.

+ Enforce safety standards and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.

+ Provide training and mentorship to crew members to develop their skills and improve overall performance.

Qualifications:

+ Minimum 3 years of experience as a Foreman in mobile crushing operations (stationary crushing experience will also be considered).

+ Strong knowledge of crushing equipment, production processes, and maintenance practices.

+ Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team effectively.

+ Excellent organizational and communication skills.

+ Safety-first mindset with a commitment to compliance and continuous improvement.
