Job Summary:

As an In-Seat Food Runner, you’ll deliver food and beverages directly to courtside guests with speed, accuracy, and top-notch service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

+ Deliver food and drinks promptly to guests using a tray

+ Provide excellent customer service throughout each event

+ Assist with basic food prep and menu distribution

+ Maintain clean and organized service areas

+ Help with stand setup and cleanup

+ Train new team members as needed

+ Complete other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

+ Friendly, professional attitude and strong communication skills

+ Ability to follow instructions and perform basic math

+ Comfortable working independently and on your feet for extended periods

+ Prior food service experience is a plus

Physical Requirements:

+ Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift

+ Comfortable navigating crowds and working in a busy environment
