Job Description
This is an exciting and challenging position for a motivated individual to join the Electronic Systems Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) function as the sector s Director of SHE Management Systems. This position will be responsible for the oversight of the sector wide SHE management system, including ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and Business Continuity Management (BCM). The position includes management of direct reports that will help support assurance and the maintenance and improvement activities associated with the overall management system.

Oversee the overall SHE management system, including policies and procedures that support ISO14001 and ISO45001.
1. Oversee the BCM function ensuring we have a system that evaluates potential risks and business impact. Ensure that processes are in place to test these systems, so we are prepared to quickly respond to potential business interruptions.
2. Ensure the framework and structure of the management system meets all internal and external requirements.
3. Monitor overall performance of the management system and partner with SHE Operations and BCM Leaders on improvement actions to deliver a high performing system.
4. Develop strategies and transition/execution plans for new company initiatives or significant changes so that sites across the sector have the right level of competency and support.
5. Provide overall project/program management support for Sector integrations, ensuring a smooth transition to Site SHE Operations from new business acquisitions to new facility construction.
6. Monitor regulatory updates and proactively develop plans to address new requirements.
7. Responsible for the overall internal SHE assurance program, including process, training, and audit scheduling to meet internal and external requirements.
8. Oversee the external audit process and work to organize schedules, support audits and ensure sites are prepared to support the audit scope. .
9. Collaborate and generate strategies to develop management system improvement plans as part of a journey to achieve World Class SHE performance
10. Provide managerial support to direct reports in order maximize their performance and development.
11. Create and enhance a culture of collaboration, responsiveness and continuous improvement.
12. Periodically report on management system performance to senior leadership.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills

+ 12 year(s) experience in Safety, Health, and Environment, with experience in managements systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and Business Continuity Management (BCM)
+ Bachelor s degree in Safety, Health and Environment, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
+ Strong project management skills, the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, the ability to deliver work products on time and on/under budget
+ Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to operate and interact with all levels within an organization (from senior executives to hourly staff).
+ Strong leadership skills, with ability to influence without authority.
+ Experience interfacing with external auditors.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $135556 - $230444
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
