    Job Description

    • Lead the planning, execution, and closeout of a large microgrid replacement project on Ft. Bragg

    • Ensure alignment with client requirements and company objectives

    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for operations

    • Manage and mentor project teams, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality work

    • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure profitability and efficient use of company assets

    Skills and Requirements

    • 10+ years of electrical background, ideally with hands-on electrical experience

    • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience supporting the federal government as a prime contractor

    • Clean background and ability to get on base

    • Travel monthly to job site
