Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Virtualization Engineer to join our team. This role will focus on supporting and optimizing virtualization technologies across a global enterprise environment, including Citrix, AVD, and Windows 365 platforms.

The engineer will be responsible for leading and executing key initiatives such as building new VDI environments, optimizing Windows 365 usage, and enhancing user experience through performance monitoring and dashboard development. The role involves close collaboration with senior leadership and technical stakeholders, and requires independent afternoon coverage and rapid onboarding into complex environments.

Skills and Requirements

-3-5 years of experience designing, implementing, and maintaining Citrix based solutions

-Minimum 4 years of experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Services

-Experience supporting Citrix ADC and NetScaler configurations (flexible if other areas are strong).

-Experience with other Microsoft 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)

-Experience acting as a Citrix SME in a global enterprise environment

-Very strong written and verbal communication sills - will be meeting with internal customers and taking requirements from these stakeholders -Possession of relevant Citrix certifications

-Experience working in a highly regulated environment
