General Description

OrthoNY has an opening for Physical Therapist in our Albany Office. The Physical Therapist will work as a member of the Physical Therapy service line within the OrthoNY Medical Practice consisting of Orthopedic, Spine, Sports Medicine and Pain Management physicians.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

+ Demonstrates professionalism in all interactions with patients, colleagues, physicians, and all visitors to the practice;

+ Provides to patients a customized plan of care in an energetic outpatient physical therapy setting;

+ Collaborates with patients and colleagues, including Physical Therapist Assistants, to provide cohesive and well-coordinated care;

+ Proficient with EMR systems; completes documentation in a timely manner;

+ Other responsibilities as designated by the manager.

Qualifications

+ 3-5 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic setting preferred;

+ Current unrestricted New York State Physical Therapy license;

+ Experience with a wide range of patient age groups and diagnoses;

+ Time management and organization capabilities.

Other Information

+ Travel between our offices may be required. Reliable transportation is essential

+ Pay is based on experience

Monday, Wednesday 10:30am-7:00pm

Tuesday, Thursday 6:30am-3:00pm

Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
