What You’ll Do

+ Operate and monitor broadcast systems during live events to ensure smooth transmission.

+ Identify and resolve technical issues in real time.

+ Coordinate with production teams, directors, and on-air talent to support live broadcasts.

+ Monitor and adjust audio/video levels to maintain high-quality standards.

+ Maintain accurate logs and documentation for each event.

+ Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.

What You Bring

+ Some experience or education in broadcasting engineering, communications, or a related field is helpful, but not required. **_We encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply as we are open to training!_**

+ Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

+ Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

+ Experience in live broadcast or production environments.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

+ Experience with broadcast automation systems.

+ Certifications in broadcast engineering or related disciplines.

Salary:

Primary Location Pay Range: $25.10 - $37.65
