    Pay Rate:

    _The pay rate for this job is $18 - $18 / hour*_

    What you'll be doing as a Harvest Land Fertilizer:

    + Load and unload grain from trucks

    + Open gates and doors on trucks for grain transfer

    + Sweep and shovel grain to maintain cleanliness around truck dumps

    + Direct truck traffic to the scale and dump pit

    + Ensure proper grain storage by monitoring temperature and moisture levels

    + Keep detailed records of grain received, stored, and shipped

    + Assist with other tasks as assigned

    Available shifts:

    Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

    Job requirements:

    + Some hands-on experience with farming operations, grain handling, or working in a grain elevator, but willing to train

    + Maintaining inventory records

    + Paying attention to detail

    + Time Management: Ability to handle peak seasons and long hours during harvest efficiently

    + Must be willing to work in various weather conditions (extreme heat etc.)

    + Cannot be scared of heights
