About the Role

McCarthy Tire Service is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Regional Billing Agent to support our billing operations related to after-hours night service tire events. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a high level of professionalism. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely billing for our service locations across the region.

Key Responsibilities

+ Report directly to the Director of Corporate Training

+ Compile and process essential billing information for after-hours tire services

+ Utilize various tire manufacturer web-based platforms

+ Communicate with service locations to gather missing billing data

+ Upload critical billing data into customer portals to support compliance and acceptance metrics

+ Create work orders in the sales module and collect all necessary billing documentation for profit centers

+ Ensure all work orders align with client labor agreements and vendor requirements

+ Achieve daily billing goals and collaborate with peers to improve workflows and best practices

+ Maintain strong, professional communication across billing teams using Microsoft Teams, Outlook 365, and phone

Qualifications

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams

+ Exceptional attention to detail and strong follow-through

+ Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

+ Ability to work independently without constant supervision

+ Professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude
