    Job Summary

    The Program Analyst will report to the Director of Operations and provide direct support to the various books of work assigned, adhering to the standard operating procedures of DT&I, including all supportive technologies used to organize and progress work efforts.

    Major Responsibilities:

    The Program Analyst will be primarily responsible to:

    + Facilitate the planning, execution, and evaluation of work for DT&I teams (including pods) at Innovation Hubs and/or innovation partner sites (e.g., site visits, feedback sessions, on-site logistical support, testing plan iteration).

    + Maintain administrative coordination of DT&I hub-facing governance structures and processes.

    + Assist with coordination of product and process testing throughout the initial stages of the product development lifecycle in collaboration with the product owner (pod), product team, and facility stakeholders.

    + Support the DT&I innovation location operations portfolio by assessing and evaluating activities in line with facilities’ capability and capacity, as well as resource allocation.

    People

    + Enable seamless coordination between the Transformation Operations interprofessional team and any additional partners (e.g., product, vendors) to execute various proof of concepts and evaluations of new products, processes, and technologies.

    + Coordinating the activities of multiple work groups to eliminate duplication of effort and inefficiencies in getting work accomplished.

    + Work effectively alongside a wide variety of stakeholders (e.g., operational staff, leadership at multiple levels, and subject matter experts).

    Quality

    + Collecting/organizing and analyzing data and other information from a wide variety of sources to assist with decision-making.

    + Work with assigned project manager to maintain clear and concise, high-quality documentation around outcomes, risks, and progress.

    + Participate in improvement initiatives to standardize operational processes, enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and address gaps and opportunities in quality.

    + Actively participate in continuous process improvement activities pertaining to scope of duties and responsibilities.

    + Document and help identify optimization opportunities with clinical and operational workflows

    + Support high-quality execution of activities across the DT&I innovation locations portfolio by monitoring and evaluating workload and activities against capability and capacity.

    Education & Experience:

    + Undergraduate degree in business or a health-related field Required

    + Master’s degree in business or another related fieldPreferred

    + 5 years of relevant experience (healthcare, program management/coordination)Preferred

    + Technical Systems Knowledge Required

    + Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)

    + ADO

    + Figma

    Licenses, Certification & Training Requirements:

    + Foundational training in Lean Six Sigma methodology Preferred

    + Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Preferred

    + Knowledge of Agile Methodology Preferred

    Additional Information:

    + The job may require up to 25% travel after established in the role.
