    Job Summary:

    _PM&R physician needed in established inpatient rehabilitation program._

    Qualified Candidates:

    + Board certified or board eligible in PM&R

    + Ability to obtain Utah Medical License

    + Join an existing providers in providing care to help our patients heal in the Acute Rehabilitation Center at St. Mark's Hospital

    + Work as part of a care team that includes physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology and social workers/discharge planners.

    + Care for patients in our 16 bed inpatient unit and with potential to provide consultative services at multiple locations.
