Lines, Inc. has multiple openings for Sr. Business Analysts in Atlanta, GA.
Key Responsibilities
+ Serve as aliaison between the customer community and the software development life cycleteams.
+ Lead therequirements gathering process with customers, subject matter experts, andinternal Delta teams.
+ Documentrequirements using the appropriate level of detail for the Engineering andQuality Assurance teams.
+ Clarifyrequirements and update use cases/user stories as needed throughout thesoftware development life cycle.
+ Lead designreview and change control meetings by setting the agenda and facilitating thediscussion.
+ Create andmonitor feature and bug cases in the case management system.
+ Createmockups, wireframes, and prototypes that illustrate current and futureworkflows.
+ Writerelease notes for new features that will be delivered to customers.
+ Work withSoftware Engineers to analyze customer problems, how they relate to productstrategy, and how they can be solved on a product’s roadmap.
+ Support therelease management process by anticipating case-level risks.
+ Work withthe Quality Assurance team to review test plans, test scenarios, and testcases.
+ Work withProduct Support and Training teams to write product documentation as needed.
+ Participatein efforts to improve software development life cycle processes.
+ Improvesystems by studying current practices and designing modifications.
+ Perform useracceptance testing.
+ Telecommutingpermitted 2-3 days per week.
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
Bachelor’s
degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or
a related field, and 2 years of experience in information technology.
Must have work
experience in:
+ Translatingdesigns into technical requirements across API and UI;
+ Designingand implementing business metrics with in the mobile native code to enablereporting;
+ Driving adevelopment team through Test Driven Development (TDD) while building testautomation to ensure quality products;
+ All agileceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups/Scrum, Sprint Review,Sprint Retrospective, and Backlog Refinement;
+ Contentmanagement systems such as Adobe Experience Manager to manage content drivenapplication development solutions; and
+ Working witha squad to perform root cause analysis for production issues.
