How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)
Delta's Marketing team is seeking best-in-class talent for our 12-week summer internship starting mid-May or early June through August 2026. Our interns are full-time members of our team, developing a deep understanding of our global company, directly supporting the efforts of our Marketing teams, and gaining exposure to other departments, partners, and experiences. Summer interns will be placed within the Marketing organization on one of our worldclass marketing teams. Experience that may make you a fit for this role:

Over the course of the summer, interns will take individual ownership of a project that will help them to acquire marketing skills and provide them with knowledge of a variety of marketing strategies.
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
+ Must be enrolled as a full-time student pursuing an undergraduate degree in a 4-year academic institution
+ At least a 3.0 GPA on a 4-point scale
+ Must be able to work onsite in our Atlanta, GA office for the duration of the 12–week internship program during the Summer of 2026
+ Experience in deck writing or presentations, project coordination, and analytics communications
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills
+ Demonstrated organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and pivot for unexpected deliverables or needs
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Applications such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
+ Willingness/ability to learn new skills is required
+ Must be available to work on a full-time basis. Students cannot take courses (online or in-person) while working
+ This Intern role is for educational and professional experience only and does not guarantee a full-time offer Delta Air Lines upon graduation

+ Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
+ Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States

+ Rising college seniorsenrolled in a 4-year degree program in pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in Marketing,Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism, Mass Media, Communications,CreativeDesign,GraphicArts, orarelateddiscipline withagraduation date ofFall 2026, or Spring 2027
+ KnowledgeofSharePointsite administration and OneDriveexperience
+ Abilitytodigestsubstantialamountsofdataandinformationtoexplainwhatcanbe learned from the data and how it cansupport decision making decisions
+ Abilitytodevelopeffectivepresentationsthathelpexplainaneed,theanalysis,andthefindings and recommendations to leaders in an efficient and effective manner
