Job Summary
The Senior Manager – Managed Services is responsible for obtaining and evaluating information about industry and market trends, competitive threats, and possible business opportunities to ensure that SHI offers the appropriate services to meet our customer's needs. The Senior Manager of Managed Services will manage multiple lines of business in the Managed Services Product Line and identify new business areas for their product area. Finally, the Senior Manager – Managed Services will assemble, develop, and train their team to provide the necessary pre-sales and delivery support for quoting, pricing, marketing, and closing customer opportunities associated with their line of business.
Role Description
+ Evaluate new lines of adjacent business offered in the Managed Services Space.
+ Grow the Managed Services Portfolio and determine the appropriate packaging and pricing for SHI’s MWS Managed Services Offering.
+ Manage multiple lines of business while maintaining sales quotas and GM % targets for each business unit.
+ Manage and develop team members to assist with strategy, planning, and pre-sales support for the MWS Managed Service offering.
+ Develop processes and strategies for managing the day-to-day operations of quoting, staffing, and delivering managed services in conjunction with MWS operations.
+ Evaluate market trends and competitors; create strategies for producing and marketing the Managed Services solution.
+ Manage the teams, partners, and processes for delivering Managed Services.
+ Develop pricing and product strategy in conjunction with the Director of Portfolio for MWS Managed Services.
+ Develop a product roadmap for continuous improvement of Managed Services.
+ Provide Go-to-Market Strategy for their solutions and develop and train the teams responsible for working with the account sales teams.
+ Recruit, lead, inspire, and engage a high-performing team, fostering a dynamic of
+ collaboration, growth, risk-taking, and professional development
+ Maintain a solution pipeline with the MWS Sales team and provide quarterly solutions pipeline reports to the Director of Portfolio.
+ Assist the sales teams in closing opportunities and growing the revenue and gross margin for MWS Managed Services.

Other Requirements
+ Completed Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or related relevant experience
+ 5 -7 years of experience in Product or Program Management
+ 3-5 years of experience in Consulting and/or Services Sales team is required
+ 2 years of management experience preferred
+ Ability to travel 20%
Preferred:
+ Advanced Degree
+ 3+ years of Sales, Services or Marketing experience
+ Prior sales or marketing experience in the IT services field
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $140,000 - $160,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
