Join our friendly and experienced team at Lake Ridge Care Center as a Culinary Assistant! We have wonderful Culinary Assistant positions that offer guaranteed hours.  No late nights and no experience needed!  Great opportunity for students.  No senior care experience necessary! Training will be provided.

In this role, you will gain valuable knowledge and experience by serving our residents, employees, and family members’ meals. Our Dietary Department is a great group to work with and are valued by the staff and residents alike.

Position Type:  Part-Time, positions working a varied schedule including every other weekend.

Shifts Available:

Evenings 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Wage Range:  $16.87 to $19.97 per hour depending on experience

Culinary Assistant Responsibilities:

+ Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and families.

+ Work within the department to provide quality and nutritious meals and service to residents.

+ Assist in maintaining a clean and sanitary dietary department.

+ Wash dishes and clean the kitchen and dining rooms.

+ Assist residents, employees, and guests with a broad range of dietary needs.

+ Complete additional tasks as needed.

Culinary Assistant Qualifications:

+ Prior serving/ dining experience preferred, but not required. We Will Train!

+ Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

+ Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.

+ Compassionate, positive attitude and team player.

+ Selected candidates will be required to pass a background check
