As a **Security Professional - Retail Site Patrol - Full Time** in **Aiea, HI** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a bustling retail or mall location, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents and supporting a welcoming environment for all visitors and staff. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the property, maintaining a visible presence to help discourage unwanted activity, and responding promptly to situations as they arise. This role requires driving, so a valid driver's license is necessary. You will also be expected to provide outstanding customer service, using your communication skills to assist patrons and address their concerns. What You’ll Do:

+ Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

+ Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

+ Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

+ Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

+ Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies at the location.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.

+ Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to observe for unusual or suspicious behavior and report findings as required.

+ Assist visitors, tenants, and/or employees with directions, information, and general inquiries while maintaining a professional presence.

+ Support emergency response activities when appropriate, coordinating with local authorities and Allied Universal management as directed.

+ Document incidents, observations, and actions taken during patrols and report them according to Allied Universal procedures.

+ Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

+ Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements:

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions and must meet Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
