    A successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

    + Support capability requirements validation through AROC/JROC

    + Develop investment strategies and program documentation

    + Conduct analyses for doctrine, training, and sustainment

    + Brief senior Army leadership and prepare Congressional testimony

    + Coordinate with stakeholders across DoD and industry

    + Support TAA, FFR, and AEMC processes

     

    This position is contingent upon contract award. Regular CONUS/OCONUS travel is required.

    Required Experience:

    + Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred)

    + 5+ years Force Development experience at senior Army levels such as HQDA, MACOMs, or Army Service Component Commands

    + Domain expertise in relevant portfolio area

    + Familiarity with Army acquisition and modernization processes

    + Active Secret clearance

    Certifications Desired

    + Requirements Management Certification Training (RMCT) Level-A or C

    + Must complete within 6 months: HTAR, AOIC, JCIDS courses

    Technical Skills

    + Familiarity with Army databases (AE2S-M, CAMS, cQUIP, etc.)

    + Microsoft Office suite expertise

    + Knowledge of JCIDS, DoDI 5000.2, PPBE, and AROC processes
