Our client, a leading technology company specializing in innovative mobile solutions, is seeking a talented Android Developer to join their dynamic team. As an Android Developer, you will be part of the Mobile Development Department supporting the Android Engineering team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, adaptability, and collaborative skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Android Developer - Onsite

What's the Job?

+ Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Android applications using Kotlin and Java

+ Lead architecture and design discussions to ensure scalable and reliable systems

+ Mentor and collaborate with team members to promote best practices in software development

+ Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure code quality

+ Optimize applications for performance and user experience across devices

What's Needed?

+ Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team in software development

+ Proficiency in Android mobile application development with Kotlin and Java

+ Experience leading system architecture, design patterns, and scaling strategies

+ Knowledge of full software development lifecycle, including code reviews, source control, and testing

+ Familiarity with RESTful web services, reactive programming frameworks, and deployment to the Play Store
