Our client, a leading organization in cybersecurity and identity management, is seeking a Senior Java Developer to join their team. As a Senior Java Developer, you will be part of the Software Engineering department supporting cybersecurity initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Senior Java Developer

**Location:** Charlotte NC

**Pay Range:** $77.36/hr.

What's the Job?

+ Design, develop, and enhance Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to support cybersecurity strategies.

+ Collaborate with engineering leads to define project requirements and deliverables, providing technical expertise.

+ Prototype new technologies and work with vendors to implement new capabilities and improvements.

+ Perform analysis, design, development, and testing of software solutions to meet project needs.

+ Partner with cybersecurity and business architects to drive strategic IAM architecture initiatives.

What's Needed?

+ 8+ years of experience in Java development, including recent work with security projects.

+ Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

+ Proficiency in building and integrating large Java, J2EE applications.

+ Experience with SOAP/RESTful API development and Microservices architecture.

+ Knowledge of security protocols, cryptography, and hardware security modules (HSM).
