Our client, a leading provider in military defense electronics systems, is seeking a Defense Electronics Technician to join their team. As a Defense Electronics Technician, you will be part of a dedicated group supporting the testing and manufacturing of critical electronic systems. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a keen attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Defense Electronics Technician

**Location:** Lititz, PA

**Pay Range:** $23-$30

**Shift:** 2nd shift- 2:30pm to 12:00pm or 3rd shift- 10:30pm to 8:00am

What's the Job?

+ Test various products using standard test equipment to ensure compliance and safety.

+ Record and save test data accurately for future reference.

+ Perform basic troubleshooting on products that do not meet specifications.

+ Document test failures for rework under direct supervision.

+ Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment while performing routine preventative maintenance and calibration of equipment.

What's Needed?

+ Associate's Degree in Electronics preferred or equivalent military training.

+ Ability to read and work from technical documents, schematics, drawings, and datasheets.

+ Knowledgeable in electronics and computer equipment, testing, and processing.

+ Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with attention to detail.

+ Ability to obtain a security clearance.
