    Summary:

    Maintains the exterior of the hospital with emphasis on flowers, hedges and grounds. According to established procedures; cleans, repairs equipment.

    Responsibilities:

    EDUCATION

    + High School diploma or GED

    + Valid NYS Drivers License

    EXPERIENCE

    + Two (2) years in either nursery or landscaping

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY

    + Must be able to understand English and comprehend oral instruction

    + Knowledge of type and care of flowers & greenery

    + Knowledge of power equipment (tractor, mowers, sprayers, etc.)

    + May be required to perform work duties of other departments

    + May be required to climb ladders, runs floor buffing machines and move furniture
