About the Role

As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in managing full-cycle accounting operations. This position combines technical expertise with practical client-facing work, offering a balance of corporate accounting and business management client services. Your Responsibilities Will Include:

+ Full-cycle accounting, including general ledger management, reconciliations, financial statement preparation, and month-end close.

+ Managing payroll processing for corporate and business management clients.

+ Handling state and city tax filings to ensure compliance and accuracy.

+ Overseeing day-to-day business management accounting, helping high-net-worth individuals and organizations with financial management and analysis.

+ Utilizing tools like QuickBooks, AgilLink, and Datafaction to manage client accounts efficiently and effectively.

+ Collaborating closely with clients to identify needs, provide financial advice, and guide them with their operational accounting.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

Education: A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years within a public accounting firm, with experience working on both corporate clients and business management clients.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks, AgilLink, and Datafaction is a strong advantage.

Professional Skills:

+ A strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and compliance requirements.

+ Excellent analytical and organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.

+ Ability to manage multiple deadlines and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

+ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and client interactions.
