    Must be on-site on in South San Francisco on Wednesdays. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday is remote.

     

    Robert Half has an exciting, long-term contract Sr. Recruiter opportunity with a reputable Technology company in South San Francisco. This role is mostly Hybrid with an anchor day in office every Wednesday. Our client has been in business for over 25 years. They work directly with the Marines, Airforce, Navy, and Amry to provide visual simulation image generators and 3D models for the US Government and Government Prime Contractors.

     

    Our client is looking for a candidate who has a strong background in large volume recruiting and coordination (ideally in the tech space).     Key Responsibilities:

    Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

     

    + Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for a variety of roles.

    + Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruiting strategies.

    + Leverage job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and creative sourcing techniques to build qualified talent pipelines.

    + Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

    + Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback collection to ensure timely decisions.

     

    Onboarding

     

    + Facilitate onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive first impression.

    + Partner with HR colleagues to ensure all new hire paperwork and compliance requirements are completed.

     

    HR Support

     

    + Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and queries, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

    + Support and administer employee leave requests and benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.

    + Assist employees with benefits inquiries and support annual enrollment processes.

    + Ensure HR practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

    + Assist in maintaining accurate employee records, tracking required documentation for compliance and audits.

    + Conduct or assist with record audits and mandatory reports, such as I-9 audits, EEo-1 Filings, payroll audits and other compliance reporting

    + Assist with all aspects of offboarding employees, as needed

    + Administer and troubleshoot project codes on NetSuite

    + Assist with ad-hoc initiatives as business needs arise

    Requirements

    + 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in technical and corporate roles.

    + Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

    + Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and candidates.

    + Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), Greenhouse and sourcing tools.

    + Familiarity with HR processes, compliance, and employment laws.

    + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    + Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

    + Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

    + Experience with Outlook 365, MS Teams, NetSuite, ADP, and OneDrive.
