    Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented inventory clerk to join their team.     Key Responsibilities

    + Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure precise stock levels.

    + Perform routine inventory counts (cycle counts) and reconcile discrepancies promptly.

    + Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments, ensuring compliance with company standards.

    + Assist in stocking, organizing, and labeling inventory within the warehouse or storage facility.

    + Update inventory management systems (ERP software or spreadsheets) with accurate data.

    + Work closely with the purchasing and receiving teams to identify inventory needs and address shortages.

    + Prepare inventory-related reports for management, including stock movement and usage trends.

    + Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and organizational protocols in all inventory-related tasks.

    Requirements

    Qualifications and Skills Required

     

    + Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications/experience in inventory management is preferred.

    + Experience: 1-3 years of practical experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a similar role.

    + Technical Skills: Knowledge of inventory software (e.g., ERP systems, Excel, or other databases); ability to perform basic math calculations.

    + Detail-Oriented: Accuracy in data entry, tracking stock, and identifying discrepancies is critical.

    + Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a time-sensitive environment.

    + Physical Ability: Comfortable lifting and moving items (up to 50 lbs) and working on your feet for extended periods.
