Description

Key Responsibilities

+ Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, job mapping, and job slotting to support pay competitiveness and internal equity.

+ Manage compensation data uploads, reporting, and updates across systems (Workday, Salary.com, internal platforms).

+ Support annual year-end compensation processes, including analysis, reporting, and delivery.

+ Assist in the implementation of Workday compensation functionality and development of training materials.

+ Partner with senior managers and leaders to provide insights and recommendations.

Requirements

+ Compensation Analysis, Compensation Surveys, Annual Compensation, Compensation Benchmarking, Compensation & Benefits3–5 years of direct compensation analysis experience (required).

+ Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills — ability to interpret data, not just process it.

+ Proficiency with Workday, Salary.com, and other compensation benchmarking platforms.

+ Familiarity with job evaluation, slotting, and market pricing methodologies.

+ Ability to work independently and deliver with minimal training.

+ Strong communication skills and comfort working across all organizational levels.
