Description We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources (HR) Manager to oversee day-to-day HR operations and lead a dynamic team in Fishers, Indiana. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage employee relations, optimize HR processes, and drive team development. Responsibilities:

• Lead daily HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of all HR functions.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to HR coordinators to enhance their skills and support their growth.

• Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving workplace issues effectively.

• Manage benefit programs, ensuring employees have access to comprehensive and competitive offerings.

• Administer onboarding processes to ensure new employees are integrated seamlessly into the organization.

• Maintain and optimize Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) for accurate and efficient data management.

• Develop and implement training initiatives to promote employee development and organizational success.

• Ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational policies across all HR activities.

• Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.

• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive data-informed decisions. Requirements • Proven experience in a Human Resources leadership role, with a strong track record in employee relations.

• Solid understanding of HR administration, including benefits management and compliance.

• Proficiency in using and managing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).

• Experience in onboarding processes and employee lifecycle management.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Demonstrated ability to train and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in HR management.
