Job Title: Application Developer

Job Description

The Application Developer will provide comprehensive technical support for various platforms, managing incident triage, troubleshooting, and resolution across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 levels. This role involves monitoring system performance, ensuring seamless data flow and connectivity between field devices, gateways, and the cloud platform. The developer will collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and product teams to address escalated issues and implement patches or updates. Additionally, the Application Developer will assist in onboarding new customers by configuring user accounts, role-based access, and system integration.

Responsibilities

+ Provide Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 technical support for all platforms.

+ Monitor system performance, data flow, and connectivity.

+ Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and product teams to resolve issues and deploy updates.

+ Assist with onboarding new customers, including configuration and integration.

+ Support integration with IoT devices and systems.

+ Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and processes.

+ Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours incidents and system maintenance.

+ Assist in user training and update FAQs and knowledge base.

+ Perform routine system health checks, backups, and failover testing.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or Security+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals / Azure Administrator Associate, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner / SysOps Administrator.

+ Certified SCADA Security Architect (CSSA) or ISA/IEC Cybersecurity Fundamentals.

+ ITIL Foundation Certification.

+ Experience with industrial automation platforms (LabView).

+ Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.

+ Familiarity with industrial cybersecurity best practices.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
