About the Role

The BPA will partner with process owners to map current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and design scalable future-state solutions for supply chain and AP processes. You will work with both technical and non-technical teams to drive measurable process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

+ Map current-state business processes and lead workshops with stakeholders.

+ Identify pain points, propose solutions, and design future-state process maps.

+ Support data governance initiatives and ensure process documentation is maintained.

+ Drive continuous improvement efforts with measurable KPIs.

Requirements

+ 5–7+ years in business process analysis, ideally in supply chain or AP.

+ Strong skills in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, or similar).

+ Experience facilitating workshops and presenting recommendations.

+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

+ Structured, organized approach to process improvement.
