Job Title: Project Manager Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have 0-5 years of experience in project management, with a strong foundation in machinery manufacturing and fabrication. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Responsibilities
+ Manage project schedules and costs, reporting status weekly to management.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
+ Direct Mechanical and Electrical Engineers to complete tasks on time and within budget.
+ Coordinate with departments such as Proposals, Materials, and Manufacturing to meet project milestones and resolve issues.
+ Schedule and lead effective meetings, both internally and with customers.
+ Oversee all aspects of a project to ensure requirements and deliverables are met.
+ Assist in various project-related tasks, including pricing proposals and ECNs, supplier evaluations, risk assessment, customer presentations, addressing quality issues, coordinating factory acceptance visits, processing RMAs, and leading process improvement activities.
+ Manage multiple projects of varying sizes and scopes simultaneously.
Essential Skills
+ Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field.
+ 0-5 years of experience in project management.
+ Strong knowledge of machinery manufacturing and fabrication.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Microsoft Project.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Exceptional planning and organizational skills.
+ Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in automation, project engineering, or application engineering.
+ Exposure to the full product life cycle (customer engagement, proposal, engineering, build, integration).
+ Experience using CAD software is a plus.
+ PMP certification is desirable but not required.
+ Willingness to travel 20-25% of the time, both domestically and internationally.

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Huntersville, North Carolina.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
