    Program Control Analyst III

    Job Description

    Join our dynamic team in Reston, VA, as a Program Control Analyst III. This hybrid position offers the flexibility to work both remotely and in the office. You will be responsible for a wide range of business operations, financial analysis, strategic planning, and program control functions. Collaborate with Program and Project Managers and the Corporate Operations Team to ensure the success of multiple contracts.

    Responsibilities

    + Develop and maintain expenditure plans.

    + Analyze immediate and long-term profitability.

    + Review complex invoices and approve expense reports.

    + Prepare program review presentations.

    + Participate in business proposals and contribute to the development of long-range plans.

    + Analyze financial data, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.

    + Work on multiple projects simultaneously.

    Essential Skills

    + Bachelor’s degree in a Business/Finance related field.

    + Four to six years of experience in a Government Contracting environment.

    + At least one year of experience with CostPoint in project setup, review, revenue worksheet, and knowledge of general ledger.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced knowledge of Excel.

    + Familiarity with CAAS, GAAP, FAR, and JTR.

    + Good communication skills.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Experience with CostPoint, GovCon, and financial reporting.

    + Ability to work well with a team.

    + Skills in forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.

    + Experience with TM1 and Azure.

    Work Environment

    This is a hybrid opportunity with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home, offering flexible hours from 9:00am-5:00pm, with options for 8:00am-4:00pm or 10:00am-6:00pm. The team values work-life balance and flexibility. You will work with cutting-edge technology and software, including CostPoint, Azure AI, TM1, and Microsoft Office, including MS Copilot.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $100.00 - $100.00/hr.

     

    Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
