POSITION TITLE: Business Analyst I

SHIFT HOURS: 8:00am to 5:00pm

SALARY RANGE: $65,000 to $75,000

JOB SUMMARY: Assists Plant Controller in developing financial models and key performance indicators to support decision making for organizational leadership. Will assist Plant & Financial Controller with documenting current and future state processes and how that translates to the logical processes within the ERP system. Will serve as the main point of contact for our field sales team around the world, providing accurate product/hospital reporting and contract negotiations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Business Analyst I, II

+ Report key metrics to the organization with accuracy.

+ Work with Financial Accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting.

+ Evaluate performance by comparing actual results with targets.

+ Data analysis to identify trends and make recommendation for improvements.

+ Analyzing manufacturing operations, equipment availability & utilization.

+ Assist in month close activities.

+ Collaborate with end users and other subject matter experts to gather and document business requirements.

+ Assist with transition to automation of general ledger posting.

+ Provide on time and accurate reporting to executives and field sales

+ Assist with contract negotiations with end user hospitals

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

+ All other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Business Analyst I, II

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or 2-4 years relevant experience (e.g., ERP, POS, CRM, etc.)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

+ Capable of correctly analyzing large amounts of data.

+ Proficient with MS Office suite, including MS Visio.

+ Analytical problem solving / troubleshooting skills.

+ Project Management capability.
