What You’ll Be Doing
As a Dual-Licensed Spa Therapist, you’ll provide both massage therapy and aesthetic treatments, creating a comprehensive and memorable wellness experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Therapeutic Massage Services: Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and specialty modalities, tailoring treatments to guest needs.
+ Aesthetic Services: Deliver high-quality skincare treatments such as facials, body treatments, waxing, and makeup application, with customized recommendations for each client.
+ Guest Experience: Create a warm, calming environment from arrival to departure, while educating guests on at-home care to extend treatment benefits.
+ Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain a spotless, sanitized work environment while following all spa protocols and state regulations.
+ Collaboration: Partner with the spa team to provide seamless guest service; participate in meetings and ongoing training.
+ Record Keeping: Document treatments, preferences, and progress to personalize future visits.
+ Retail Promotion: Recommend and sell spa and skincare products to enhance results and support guest wellness goals.
+ Continuous Education: Stay current with industry trends and elevate your skills through training and professional development.
What We’re Looking For
+ Education & Licensure:
+ Completion of a recognized massage therapy program and current Texas massage license.
+ Completion of a recognized aesthetics program and current Texas aesthetics license.
+ Experience: Previous experience in a luxury spa, resort, or wellness setting preferred.
+ Skills: Strong knowledge of massage modalities and skincare treatments; excellent communication and customer service.
+ Personal Attributes: Professional, approachable, detail-oriented, and committed to creating a serene, high-quality guest experience.
