Shenandoah University’s Office of Physician Assistant Studies is accepting applications for an Assistant Program Coordinator. This is a part-time benefited position at our Loudoun location.
The MSPAS Program Coordinator (Loudoun) supports day-to-day academic operations for the Physician Assistant program, with a focus on exam logistics, calendar/room coordination, accommodations/testing, accreditation data tracking, faculty support, and on-site event execution. The coordinator ensures assessments and special events run smoothly, required materials are collected each term, and promotion/retention and course-evaluation data are accurately maintained.

Required SkillsRequired Experience
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
+ Experience in academic program coordination, student services, or a closely related administrative role.
+ Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
+ Professional communication skills and customer-service orientation.
+ Proficiency with calendars/scheduling, spreadsheets, and common office software.
+ Experience supporting health-professions education.
+ Familiarity with exam administration, proctoring, and accommodation workflows.
+ Experience with purchasing and basic inventory tracking.
