    This is a hybrid role, which may require up to 3 days per week in downtown Chicago and/or Rosemont, with additional travel of up to 10%.

    Position Responsibilities :

    + Develop, track, and execute sourcing strategies for assigned categories

    + Analyze specific product lines, product assortment, sourcing options, profitability and market trends to identify the cost savings and profitability

    + Manage supplier relationships and resolve any supply issues for products procured from global and domestic locations.

    + Assist Category Management Team with key vendor activities and functions. Conduct business reviews with vendors for various categories and operating divisions.

    + Negotiate supply agreements to secure the highest quality goods and the right value based on market changes, supply chain movement, and various product offerings.

    + Develop and communicate changes and updates to the Supplier Agreement to different entities involved with Category Management

    + The ability to travel is up to 25% as required based on job requirements and customer support needs

    + Other duties as assigned

    Required Education and Experience:

    + Bachelor’s Degree with 6 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma /General Education Diploma (GED) with 9 plus years of specific experience
