Payroll Administrators work in a team environment supporting the GE Appliances Payroll Manager with payroll processes. Successful candidates enjoy collaboration, demonstrate high attention to detail and aspire to excellence. Prior Payroll experience working in a fast-paced, high volume environment is highly requested but not required.

How You'll Create Possibilities
+ **Essential Responsibilities** :
+ Possess a passion for data integrity, accuracy, and STRONG attention to detail
+ Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet critical deadlines
+ Must be able to take direction from multiple managers
+ Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization (management, peers, and clients)
+ Respond to clients (Employees, HRMs and, Business Leaders, etc.) requests and questions on payroll related matters
+ Timecard management: Ensure timecards are coded properly and submitted on time for payroll run, etc. Follow up with Business Leaders as needed
+ Assist Payroll Managers in troubleshooting various payroll issues such as missing payments, retro payments, pay rate changes, etc.
+ Input payroll adjustments for employees
+ Process and input benefit-related payments such as Adoption, Fitness and Appliance reimbursement, etc.
+ Run and work audit reports (Kronos) to ensure the highest level of data integrity
+ Create adhoc and template Workday reports
+ Work with other members of the Payroll COE to identify and implement process improvements
+ Assist Payroll Managers with various project work
+ Other clerical and admin duties as required
What You'll Bring to Our Team
+ **Qualifications/Requirements:**
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a professional administrative role
+ Demonstrated analytic ability and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
+ Demonstrated ability to problem solve
+ Detail driven thinker that takes ownership in end to end process
+ Proficient in the use of Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
+ Experience with web-based applications
+ Outstanding customer service and resolution capability
+ Clear oral and written communicator across multiple stakeholders
+ Outstanding organizational skills and ability to complete work accurately
+ Flexibility and being an early adopter of change are a must
+ **Desired Characteristics:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field
+ 2+ years work experience in payroll
+ Experience using Kronos, Workday
+ Experience in a manufacturing environment
+ Previous high-level transaction processing
