    The Risk Adjustment Data Processor will promptly and accurately process incoming correspondence and charts related to Risk Adjustment Team activities. The Risk Adjustment Data Processor will perform reconciliation on provider organizations to ensure all charts are accounted for as appropriate and will communicate with provider offices as needed. In addition, the Risk Adjustment Data Processor will review claims data to determine if follow-up is needed, and will provide training to temporary staff as needed.

     

    *This position is eligible for the Mobile and Resident persona, with in-office expectation of 1x/week (WED) and could change depending on business needs - must be local to Hingham, MA*

     

    Your Day to Day

     

    + Perform processing tasks such as: sorting incoming mail, retrieving medical records from different sources (Right Fax, Blue Images, STFP), merging medical records and/or preparing documents for scanning, and routing records to the appropriate end user following specific procedures.

    + Analyze and monitor progress of incoming medical records against request list; identify organizations that are past due on requests requiring additional follow up and outreach.

    + Review records for accuracy and completeness to ensure basic risk adjustment elements are present (signature, date stamp, date of service, etc.).

    + Identify, investigate, and resolve issues related to incoming correspondence; review claims data as necessary to identify from where the medical record should be pursued.

    + Use computer systems and applications for data entry, chart uploads, tracking, and note keeping related to retrieval operations.

    + Provide a high level of service to both external and internal customers.

    + Exhibit a spirit of teamwork and contribute ideas for team success.

    We’re Looking For:

    + Ability to maintain confidentiality, security, and standards of ethics with all privileged information.

    + Knowledge of personal computer operations and software packages (Microsoft Office).

    + Strong degree of organizational skills; ability to handle large scale chart requests and juggle multiple competing priorities and programs with a strong attention to detail.

    What You Bring:

    + High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

    + Experience with handling or processing medical records a plus.

    Hourly Range: $24.55 - $30.01

     

    The job posting range is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs and affordability.

     

    This job is also eligible for variable pay.
