    This is an in-office position.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Support Mortgage Loan Officers with both sales and loan processing tasks.

    + Set up mortgage applications and analyze borrower information.

    + Pull credit, run Automated Underwriting, and price loans.

    + Help borrowers understand financing options and lock loans.

    + Communicate with borrowers, realtors, title companies, and other third parties.

    + Ensure loan files are complete, accurate, and compliant.

    + Provide status updates to clients and partners throughout the loan process.

    + Stay informed on investor guidelines and loan programs.

    Position Competencies:

    + Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

    + Strong communication skills and customer service mindset.

    + Willingness to take initiative and support your team.

    + Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

    Qualifications:

    + Associate degree or equivalent; or two years of mortgage industry experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

    + Knowledge of mortgage loan origination, underwriting, and compliance processes preferred.
