    SCOTLAND HEALTH CARE SYSTEM IS RECRUITING NEW NURSE GRADUATES

    *NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS For Winter 2026 Start*

    The program offers:

    + Nursing Orientation and Skills Development

    + Clinical Workshops

    + Classes and Continuing Education

    + A supportive environment specifically designed for the new nurse.

    + Specially-trained nurse preceptors who provide mentoring and guidance.

    To be eligible you must:

    • Be a new graduate with RN license or eligible to take the NCLEX

    • Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)

    • Provide two letters of reference from a clinical instructor during the interview process

    • If offered a Nurse Residency position, a RN license will be required prior to start date.
