    We are seeking an experienced OmniPlus Functional Specialist to join our team in a hybrid work model. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business solutions that align with company goals and enhance operational efficiency.

    OmniPlus Techno-Functional Specialist

     

    We are seeking a dedicated Omniplus Techno-Functional Specialist with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Retirement Services Basics, OmniPlus, Omni AdminWeb, Omni Script, Cobol Linux Shell Scripts. A background in Life & Annuities, Retirement Insurance is a plus. This role is open to remote location. No location specific constraint.

     

    This is a **hybrid role** with a **day shift schedule** and **no travel requirement** , offering a stable and collaborative work environment.

    Salary and Other Compensation:

    Applications will be accepted until 9/30/2025.

     

    The annual salary for this position is between $120k- $130K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
