    Financial Analyst

    Job Description:

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    + Conduct comprehensive analysis of executive compensation packages, including base salary, bonuses, equity awards, and other incentives.

    + Complete peer reviews, including preparation and analysis of peer performance scans.

    + Conduct analysis to support decisioning on large scale projects including real estate and/or leasing transactions, technology contract renewals and RFP, and project investments.

    + Analyze data to identify trends and make strategic recommendations utilizing a variety of data sources, including the HRIS.

    + Prepare detailed executive compensation reports and analyses for senior leadership and board presentations.

    + May participate in compensation surveys and benchmarking studies.

    + Conduct market research, peer analysis, and benchmarking to support decisions.

    + Assist in preparing materials for the Human Capital & Compensation Committee, including summaries, charts, and recommendations.

    + Monitor regulatory, governance, and market trends related to executive compensation and provide summaries to senior stakeholders.

    + Support preparation of annual proxy disclosure.

    + Assist Project Management Office (PMO) with ROI analysis and lookback analysis on completed projects.

    + Participate in special projects and ad hoc analyses as needed.

    Qualifications

    + Ability to read and interpret financial statements

    + Data analysis and mining skills

    + Strong knowledge of and the ability to interpret various financial metrics and concepts, including net present value, ROI, etc.

    + Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, HRIS).

    + Communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with senior leadership.

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

    Supervisory Responsibilities

    + None

    Education and/or Experience

    + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

    + Minimum of 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting or data analysis.

    + Publicly traded company experience preferred.

    + Experience in banking or financial services industry preferred.

    Computer and Software Skills

    + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with an emphasis on Excel for analytics.
