    Power-Flo Technologies New England is a northeast supplier of automation, sensing, and electric heating products. We are opening a Massachusetts branch and looking for a Counter Sales Associate to join the team. This role combines customer-facing counter sales with hands-on warehouse responsibilities, offering variety and growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

     

    This is a full-time, Monday to Friday, on-site position. Schedules are between 7:00am to 5:00pm.

    Counter Sales Associate Responsibilities:

    + Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers

    + Resolve customer inquiries and complaints

    + Maintain an awareness of all product knowledge, information, and promotions. Suggest alternative or additional products when appropriate.

    + Pull and stage orders for shipment

    + Organize inventory

    + Cycle Count

    + Pick and fill orders

    + Ensure that orders leaving the warehouse are checked and accompanied by the appropriate documentation.

    + Process product returns, according to company procedure, assuring that all documentation is collected.

    + Assist in maintaining the counter and product display area ensuring a safe, clean, and orderly environment.

    + Perform basic warehouse work to include, removing sold parts from stock, placing received parts on shelves, processing items for shipment, receiving, driving (as needed), organizing etc.

    + Safely and efficiently pick up and deliver orders in company vehicles (as needed)

    + Maintain a clean Driver's License to operate company vehicles (as needed)

    Counter Sales Associate Qualifications:

    + Previous experience in counter sales/inside sales and customer service

    + Warehouse knowledge – experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory handling

    + Strong communication and problem-solving skills

    + Dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

    + Epicor Solar Eclipse software experience a plus

    + A valid and clean driver's license to travel to local vendors as needed
