    Overview

    THE ROLE:

    The Senior Advisor, Organizational Effectiveness and Change Management will serve as a key role within the Talent Management organization, reporting to the VP of Talent Management. This newly created role will support the transition to a globally aligned Center of Excellence (COE) model by establishing comprehensive frameworks, methodologies, and processes for organizational effectiveness and design initiatives that integrate people, structure, process and technology solutions aligned with organizational strategies and objectives.

     

    This position can be based in the Herbalife offices in either downtown Los Angeles, CA or Torrance, CA and will be required to be onsite 3 days a week (Tuesday-Thursday).

    HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:

    • Partner with senior business leaders to translate strategic objectives into actionable organizational design solutions, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams, regions, functions and support areas

    • Drive organizational effectiveness initiatives throughout the enterprise by conducting organizational assessments to identify operating model gaps and areas for improvement relative to business needs and best-in-class practices

    • Optimize operating model and organizational design to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across all levels

    • Determine globally consistent practices, processes, governance, organizational structures, and roles and responsibilities aligned with business objectives, evolving strategies, and corporate culture

    • Embed AI‑first strategies into organizational effectiveness engagements, integrating generative AI to enhance and evolve business capabilities, processes, systems, and practices

    • Operationalize and drive large-scale organizational transformation initiatives, ensuring successful implementation of strategies and established outcomes

    • Enable and drive change management strategies related to organizational effectiveness initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and buy-in from stakeholders

    • Build and establish comprehensive frameworks, methodologies, processes and tools for operating models, organizational design, change management, and workforce planning

    WHAT’S SPECIAL ABOUT THE TEAM:

    The Herbalife HR organization and Talent Management organization is undergoing a transformation to shift from a regional/geographically aligned model to a global COE model, to support the enterprise change in the business operating model. This is a great opportunity to work with Talent, HRBP’s and business leaders to evolve key areas of the Herbalife organization.

    Qualifications

    SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

    • 8+ years of progressive experience in organizational design, organizational effectiveness, and change management, ideally within complex and/or global environments.

    • Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives—bringing structure, clarity, and lasting impact in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.

    • Background in strategic advisory or transformation work—whether from top-tier management consulting firms or equivalent in-house roles driving organizational change.

    • Deep expertise in organization design, culture transformation, and change management, with the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

    • Strong executive presence and communication skills—able to build trust, influence outcomes, and present effectively at all levels of the organization.

    • Proven ability to collaborate across global teams, align diverse stakeholders, and drive impact in complex business environments.

    • Skilled program and project manager, comfortable juggling multiple initiatives while delivering high-quality results.

    • A flexible, action-oriented problem solver who thrives in ambiguous, evolving environments, and brings curiosity, resilience, and a growth mindset.

    Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, HR, or related field

    • MBA or Master’s degree in related field a plus
