    Job Description:

    Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a **Quality Inspection Engineer Co-Op** to join our **Quality Team** located in **Danvers, MA** .

    REQUIREMENTS

    + **Data Analysis:** Analyze data using statistical methods to identify trends, improve inspection opportunities and potential quality issues.

    + **Root Cause Analysis:** Investigate root cause analysis for quality inspection related non-conformances and implement corrective and preventative actions as needed. Work collaboratively with multifunctional teams to investigate product non-conformances

    + **Continuous Improvement:** Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify opportunities for improvement inspections results, implement and track improvement initiatives.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    + Junior, Senior or Grad student pursuing a degree in engineering.

    + Prior work experience desired. Medical device experience preferred.

    + Ability to communicate ideas and information clearly, effectively, and frequently (oral and written)

    + Execute tasks in a timely manner without direct supervision. Able to prioritize tasks.

    + Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite preferred knowledge of SAP.

    The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

    23$ per hour to 51.50$ per hour

    Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

    The anticipated base pay for this position is between 23$ per hour and 51.50$ per hour but will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree and/or experience. This position is overtime eligible. Intern/Co-ops may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as medical insurance, sick time, holiday pay, and the Company’s consolidated retirement plan in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans. Housing stipend will be offered for those that qualify. This position is ineligible for severance.
